The Klein Matterhorn Hotel impressed me with its incredible hospitality. The manager, Marco, truly went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome. When I arrived, he offered assistance with transportation to my room and provided local tips that made my stay more enjoyable. The Budget Double Room was comfortable, featuring a spacious layout and stunning views of the mountains right from my window. I loved starting my mornings with breakfast, where the selection was fresh and plentiful. The proximity to the train station was a major plus, allowing easy access to Zermatt in just 15 minutes. However, the Wi-Fi connection had some inconsistencies, so I struggled to stay connected at times. It would be great if they could enhance the Wi-Fi service for guests.
